Nationwide is one of the largest insurance and financial services companies in the world offering a full range of products and services for the home, car, family and financial security. Rosetta worked with Nationwide to pioneer the RetirAbility Check, an interactive online tool designed to educate consumers on whether or not they were adequately prepared for retirement. Instead of developing a standard online questionnaire, Rosetta created a truly interactive tool that not only supported the company’s brand, but performed beautifully from a conversion perspective. National City Corporation is one of the nation’s largest financial holding companies and operates through an extensive banking network located primarily in eight states. As part of their growth strategy, National City was trying to understand their unmet customer needs. They turned to Rosetta who conducted an extensive study of the bank’s customers and identified valuable insights into what customers really wanted from the bank. With the help of Rosetta, National City now has the information it needs to design tools and services for its online customers.

AmTrust Bank is one of the 20 largest mortgage lenders in the United States. Originally known as Ohio Savings, AmTrust has branches in the Cleveland, Akron and Columbus, Ohio markets, as well as throughout southeast Florida and the Phoenix, Arizona area. AmTrust engaged Rosetta to design a website with content management capabilities integrated with multiple custom applications that tie into the bank’s existing systems, allowing the bank to easily target their promotions.

KeyCorp is one of the nation's largest bank-based financial services companies, with assets of approximately $102 billion. Key companies provide investment management, retail and commercial banking, consumer finance, and investment banking products and services to individuals and companies throughout the United States and, for certain businesses, internationally. Key’s products and services are available through branches and offices; a network of ATMs, telephone banking centers and their website.  Key selected Rosetta as their technology and business partner as they implemented a company-wide Client Experience Program. Rosetta helped to develop the implementation and deployment strategies as well as provided suggestions for improving data quality.

Originally chartered as First Security Savings Bank in 1987, Flagstar Bancorp has banking centers in Michigan, Indiana and Georgia and originates mortgages across the United States. Flagstar is one of the leading mortgage lenders in the country, a national leader in the wholesale mortgage business and the second largest banking institution headquartered in Michigan. Flagstar collaborated with Rosetta to design a new website that was more engaging to its customers and easier to manage internally.

Huntington Bancshares Incorporated is a $54 billion regional bank holding company. Huntington provides retail and commercial financial products and services through its 600+ regional banking offices across 6 states, online at huntington.com, through its telephone bank, and its network of ATMs. Huntington engaged Rosetta to help bring their new brand identity online. Our website design, usability and navigation work has led to an increase in the number of online visits.
