Andres brings more than fifteen years experience in market research, value proposition and new product development and delivery, brand building, positioning/communications strategy, and execution of customer acquisition and relationship-deepening campaigns for consumer health, managed care, financial services, and consumer packaged goods companies. In his five years at Rosetta, Andres has focused on leveraging consumer insights to “activate” brands and drive business impact in the online and e-commerce space, implement and optimize segmentation and targeting decision rules and develop cross-channel user experience and service models. Andres has worked in North America, South America, Europe and Asia, and is fluent in Spanish and French.
Andres has a M.A. in Advertising and Communications from Michigan State University, an MBA from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, Colombia.
