Kierston Gedeon focuses on performance/talent management, employee relations, organizational changes/design, benefits design/administration, remote team member strategy, system integration and metric reporting for all locations.  Since joining Rosetta in 2006, her main focus has been on the management and enhancement of the performance management and employee relations processes. Kierston brings more than twelve years of multi-faceted human resources experience from consulting/professional services environments. She has developed reusable, consistent processes, creating an environment of understanding with team members around performance expectations and aligning the organizational structure to reflect the current needs of the business and the go-to-market strategy.
