Shannon was an early Rosetta client and is now a partner in the Healthcare vertical. She has over 15 years of marketing strategy and market research experience that spans consumer package goods and pharmaceuticals.
She joined Rosetta from Bristol-Myers Squibb where she led global market research teams in the neuroscience, cardiovascular and consumer medicines businesses. She was instrumental in the launch of blockbuster antipsychotic drug Abilify. Shannon began her career at Procter & Gamble where she developed consumer insights to drive flagship brands Pampers and Tide. She also created the first approach to linking consumer shopping needs, attitudes and behaviors with P&G brand insights to drive profitable growth for both retailers and brands. She pioneered the role of market research strategist working on dedicated P&G retailer customer teams with the Wal*Mart team. Shannon has a BS from Miami University.
