Tom Adamski was named President of Rosetta in early 2012 and Chief Executive Officer in April of 2013. Under his guidance, the agency has grown substantially since being recognized as Ad Age’s #1 “Agency to Watch” in 2011 to its current position as an established leader within Publicis Groupe and across the industry. As a member of Publicis Groupe’s Strategic Leadership Team, he is recognized by his peers as an innovative leader with a passion for building, leading and growing exceptional businesses.
Tom has leveraged Rosetta’s strengths in customer intelligence, rich data and robust technologies to develop a business model around helping clients use knowledge and insights about current customers to drive new business and growth. Today, Rosetta leads the charge on behalf of Publicis Groupe in creating customer engagement for the world’s most prominent brands. He served as the CEO of LEVEL Studios, the integrated marketing and product development agency that was acquired by Rosetta in 2010, for more than 10 years.
He serves on Advisory Boards for a number of consulting, advertising, education and retail organizations and has been passionate about the intersections of design, technology and brand since his days at UC Davis, where he received his B.S. in Environmental Design.
Tom successfully balances his career with regular doses of faith and family, surfing, motorcycles and strumming a vintage guitar or two.
