As President of Rosetta, Tammy Soares is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for the agency, as well as providing direct oversight of its North American business.

Since joining Rosetta in 2008, Tammy has played a pivotal role in accelerating the agency’s growth and positioning it as a global leader in customer engagement. Her unique ability to build collaborative, cross-discipline teams focused on client solutions translates into an organization that is not only creating category-leading work, but innovating at the very core. Most recently, she served as executive vice president of Rosetta’s West region.

Tammy’s more than 20-year career in digital marketing has been fueled by her fascination of digital’s innate ability to make the impossible—possible. She is committed to emboldening a diverse global team and mentoring the future leaders who inspire her daily.

Joe oversees Rosetta’s Technology Practice, which includes more than 400 architects, engineers and developers, along with a strong group of quality assurance professionals and business analysts. He joined Rosetta from sister agency Digitas where he was SVP of Technology across North America. Joe's team of technical architects, designers and developers was responsible for the execution of the brand experience across any device: PC, phone, tablet and beyond. Joe has overseen the development of extensive software implementations for clients such as American Express, Sprint, Delta and Panasonic. Three years ago, Joe started Digitas Labs, a team of designers and developers with an eye to the evolving technology landscape and the skills to prototype any level of emerging user experience. Joe is proud to have launched physical Innovation Rooms in the Digitas New York and Boston offices to demonstrate the latest prototyping work from Labs.

Prior to Digitas, Joe worked for two years at R/GA and six years at J Walter Thompson as its first North American Director of Interactive Technologies. Joe started his career with seven years at New York-based software company Information Builders.

Joe received his BA in Computer Science from Vassar College. With more than 15 years of programming experience, Joe has watched the web grow from its early incarnations to a viable business medium. He is fluent in most web languages, as well as a little Spanish and Italian.

Drew is one of the industry’s leading consumer products experts and has a deep history of providing strategic counsel to C-level executives and delivering material business impact for his clients. His significant product development expertise, deep technical knowledge and offshore experience play a key role in CP&R’s overall growth strategy.

Drew joins Rosetta from our sister network agency Razorfish, where he most recently served as CEO of Digital Marketing Platforms and Services. During his decade long tenure at Razorfish, he also served as vice president and client partner over the agency’s Consumer Package Goods portfolio, which included Nestle, Purina and Kraft. With Drew’s oversight, the Kraft account became the third-largest account for Razorfish globally within a five-year period. Prior to joining Razorfish, Drew held senior roles at digital agencies Scient and iXL and spent five years at KPMG Consulting.

When he’s not diligently working with clients, developing partnerships or pitching new business, you can find Drew running, golfing or chasing his three little ones around the soccer field.

Andy is a finance and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience in various industries including software, technology and digital advertising. He serves as part of the leadership team for the agency’s Finance and Operations unit. Andy’s expertise is in finance and accounting, operations, growing revenue, increasing profitability and managing cash flow.

Prior to joining Rosetta, Andy held the post of CFO for Wavefront Technologies, where he successfully worked with the executive team to purchase a European 3D graphics company of equal size, and later helped take Wavefront through a successful IPO, after which the company performed extremely well. Andy also helped grow and manage financial operations for Transoft in preparation for an IPO, before the company was acquired by Hewlett-Packard. He remained on board at HP as Managing Director for two years before moving on to help take Motion Engineering through an acquisition, which resulted in growth and value for its shareholders and a large ROI.

Mark has more than 20 years of eCommerce, process design, information technology, interactive marketing and consulting experience across a variety of industries. He has led strategic and complex technology-enabled efforts in both consulting and outsourcing environments, and currently focuses on eCommerce solutions including the IBM Smarter Commerce/Websphere Commerce suite.

Mark has directed organization redesign and process redesign efforts across business functions, delivering results in manufacturing, supply chain, eBusiness, and operations improvements. He has developed expertise in program management, business process design, application design, and implementation, while assisting clients in a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Rosetta, Mark served as a partner at Brulant and an associate partner at Accenture. He has a BA in Economics from Miami University.

Mike Chenelle has more than 17 years of experience leading financial operations and client account teams for high-performing agencies in the digital technology space. In his current role as Partner of Agency Operations, Mike optimizes key performance metrics for both internal and client-facing teams. He manages global resourcing across all of Rosetta’s client services teams, while leading operational reporting that enables the executive leadership team to drive agency growth.

Prior to joining Rosetta in 2008, Mike spent 11 years at Accenture where he worked in the Products, Technology and Resources client groups. The majority of his engagements focused on solution delivery, including the development, design, implementation and ongoing support of business applications and associated infrastructure.

He received a BS in Management with a concentration in Management Information Decision Systems from Case Western Reserve University and resides in Cleveland, Ohio.

Nigel has more than 25 years of experience leading large scale operations and cross-functional teams for global companies. He joined Rosetta in 2010 after several years supporting the growth of the agency as an executive coach.

Prior to Rosetta he was part of the early years at JetBlue and launched the airline's customer service division developing award-winning service excellence offerings and a hallmark Principles of Leadership development experience.

Nigel's passion for talent and personal development led him to executive coaching, where he holds certification on multiple coaching protocols and personality-based instruments. Nigel has coached C-Level executives and executive teams internationally. His passion for team performance stems from many years of sports, including football at Marshall University, where he earned his degree in Business and Finance.

He resides in Alexandria, VA, with his wife, daughter + son-in-law, and two granddaughters.

Prior to joining Rosetta, Maria served in senior analytics roles with companies including Euro RSCG Life 4D, Cementbond, MRM Worldwide and Wunderman. She has expertise in several industries, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, luxury retail, consumer packaged goods and technology.

Maria is a certified life coach and holds a BA in Psychology from Loyola College and an MS in Applied Statistics from Columbia University.

Paul Elliott is the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Innovation at Rosetta. Paul is an agency thought leader in Omni-Channel retailing and digital marketing strategy and has nearly fifteen years of experience in helping marquis brands achieve significant results and return on investment from their customer engagement initiatives. Paul also leads Rosetta Labs, the agency’s innovation think tank, which conceptualizes and produces Rosetta’s intellectual property.

Prior to joining Rosetta, Paul founded eMergent Marketing, which quickly became one of the fastest growing digital marketing firms in the Midwest, before its acquisition. Before launching eMergent Marketing, Paul was the Director of Internet Marketing for the specialty retailer, Things Remembered, VP of Sales for IdeaStar Web Design, and started his career with IBM Global Services.

Kierston has been a strong contributor to Rosetta’s growth and expansion globally. As the Acquisitions and Integration (A&I) lead, she is responsible for identifying, prioritizing and pursuing the mergers and acquisitions of companies that compliment and expand Rosetta’s robust capabilities. Kierston also provides strategic oversight and direction on the integration of new assets, assuring that core business values are implemented seamlessly to Rosetta and Publicis Groupe standards.

With over 15 years experience as a leader in HR, A&I and performance management platforms, Kierston brings to Rosetta superior communication skills that ensure the human element is a critical part of our business success. Prior to joining Rosetta, Kierston served in Human Resources leadership roles at Accenture.

With more than 14 years of Human Resources experience, Kim leads Rosetta’s People Services team. Her passion for helping people in all facets of their careers has led her to play a vital role in empowering team member growth and development and talent enablement across the agency.

Prior to joining Rosetta, Kim spent time in the Finance and Banking industries. Her experience is deeply rooted in benefits, payroll, team member relations, talent enablement, strategic planning and organizational development. She has certifications from Lominger and Development Dimensions International and has spent last two years expanding her skills to include coaching for all levels of an organization.

Kim resides in Pennsylvania with her fiancé and three sons.

As VP of Growth Operations, Eli Grant oversees the agency’s Marketing Communications, Business Development, and Strategic Alliance teams. Additionally, he serves a key role on the agency’s Operating Committee working with the rest of the Rosetta leadership team to define and execute the agency’s growth strategy.

In almost ten years with the agency, Eli has extensive experience across all of Rosetta’s service offerings including Consulting, Technology, Creative, and Media. He has worked with major brands across different industries, leading business strategies and delivering results for some of Rosetta’s largest clients. Since 2013, Eli has been a key leader of Rosetta’s growth and expansion initiatives, including the opening of Rosetta Europe, the global partnership with IBM, and some of Rosetta’s recent strategic client wins.

Eli moved from the Cleveland office to Chicago in 2009 and serves as the co-location lead for Rosetta’s Chicago office.

Named a “Top 40 Under 40 Digital Marketer” by DMNews in 2012, Jason has created and implemented digital marketing strategies for clients in financial services, retail, healthcare and hospitality. He has also developed detailed analysis, data models and strategic frameworks to engage digital media in all online marketing tactics for both branded and direct-response programs. He has successfully created and managed multiple product launches and promotions for various industries.

In addition to his agency work, Jason is regularly published in the industry. His work can be found on Search Engine Watch, iMedia connection and others.

Outside of work Jason is the father of two daughters, and competes in marathons and triathlons. He holds a BS in Communications from Ohio University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Nick joined Rosetta in July 2014 as Managing Partner and co-lead for Rosetta Consulting, with a focus on growth and expansion. He specializes in demand-based growth strategy – uncovering and structuring human insights, and translating that intelligence into powerful and actionable strategies in innovation, branding, marketing and organizational transformation. His work focuses on creating the catalyst for transformative change within companies, resulting in sustainable and measurable business growth. For nearly 30 years, Nick has served as a strategist, advisor and business leader for Fortune 500 companies across a number of industries and countries. He has worked with companies such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, Campbell’s Soup, Procter & Gamble, American Express, Wells Fargo, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Del Monte, Wrigley, Quaker, Frito Lay, Con Agra, Absolut, Adidas, DirecTV, Volkswagen, Georgia Pacific, Ruth’s Chris, Perdue, Home Depot, Sears, Kenmore, Whirlpool and multiple start-up brands.

Nick joined Rosetta from Vivaldi Partners, a global growth strategy and innovation consulting firm, where he was a Senior Partner and Managing Director for 11 years. Prior to that, he was a Global Director of Strategic Marketing at The Coca-Cola Company, responsible for strategic growth opportunity identification, new product development and global brand portfolio management. Before Coke, Nick worked in Brand Management and Strategic Planning for Johnson & Johnson, where he was responsible for the Tylenol franchise and several other OTC healthcare sectors. He also worked in Account Management at Saatchi & Saatchi.

Nick is an advisor to several early stage private companies and has authored several published articles and white papers in publications such as: The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Business Week, Brand Week and Ad Age. He holds a BA in English from Middlebury College. Away from work, he enjoys playing and watching his son play hockey, skiing, tennis and reading about human psychology.

For the past two years, David has led the Loyalty and Retention program as well as Strategy and Insights for Rosetta’s largest client, a world-renowned telecommunications company. Prior to joining Rosetta, David spent 19 years at Procter & Gamble, leading Digital and Global Business Services across P&G’s Beauty Businesses, while also managing common interactive strategies across many of P&G’s line businesses. David has expertise in Internet media, customer relationship management, holistic marketing program development, business model transformation and mobile marketing.

Prior to joining Rosetta, Gary led IBM’s transformation to Smarter Commerce worldwide in a variety of roles with particular focus on China and European markets. He was a principle architect and author for the acquisition of Sterling Commerce, Coremetrics and Unica to complete the portfolio of WebSphere Commerce.
