Tom Adamski

Chief Executive Officer

Tom Adamski was named President of Rosetta in early 2012 and Chief Executive Officer in April of 2013. Under his guidance, the agency has grown substantially since being recognized as Ad Age’s #1 “Agency to Watch” in 2011 to its current position as an established leader within Publicis Groupe and across the industry. As a member of Publicis Groupe’s Strategic Leadership Team, he is recognized by his peers as an innovative leader with a passion for building, leading and growing exceptional businesses.

Tom has leveraged Rosetta’s strengths in customer intelligence, rich data and robust technologies to develop a business model around helping clients use knowledge and insights about current customers to drive new business and growth. Today, Rosetta leads the charge on behalf of Publicis Groupe in creating customer engagement for the world’s most prominent brands. He served as the CEO of LEVEL Studios, the integrated marketing and product development agency that was acquired by Rosetta in 2010, for more than 10 years.

He serves on Advisory Boards for a number of consulting, advertising, education and retail organizations and has been passionate about the intersections of design, technology and brand since his days at UC Davis, where he received his B.S. in Environmental Design.

Tom successfully balances his career with regular doses of faith and family, surfing, motorcycles and strumming a vintage guitar or two.

Scott joined Rosetta in June 2013 as Chief Strategy Officer, a position designed to leverage his industry-recognized talents and deep experience as a visionary and thought leader. In this role, he works across all agency Business Units and clients to serve as a catalyst for change and drive innovation with measurable results. He also oversees Marketing and Business Development for Rosetta.

Scott has served as strategist, advisor and futurist to Fortune 500 companies and executives for more than 25 years. With a rare combination of CXO-level planning, creative and media experience, Scott is able to translate the complexities and uncertainties of the ever-changing digital world into actionable insights and leading-edge opportunities.

Before joining Rosetta, he was Chief Digital Officer at Mindshare Worldwide/WPP, President at Carat/Aegis Media, President at Carat Fusion/Isobar, Executive Vice President, Global Account Director at MRM/McCann Worldgroup and Executive Vice President, Managing Director at Modem Media/Digitas West. He also was Founder/Chief Creative Officer at Grey Interactive Worldwide, one of the first digital agencies, where he led strategy and development for Procter & Gamble and Dell.com. Before the digital age, Sorokin was an award-winning creative director, leveraging his BS in Visual Communications from University of Delaware.

Scott enjoys painting, hiking and sailing and lives in rural North Salem, NY with his family.

Nigel Adams

Nigel has more than 25 years of experience leading large scale operations and cross-functional teams for global companies. He joined Rosetta in 2010 after several years supporting the growth of the agency as an executive coach.

Prior to Rosetta he was part of the early years at JetBlue and launched the airline's customer service division developing award-winning service excellence offerings and a hallmark Principles of Leadership development experience.

Nigel's passion for talent and personal development led him to executive coaching, where he holds certification on multiple coaching protocols and personality-based instruments. Nigel has coached C-Level executives and executive teams internationally. His passion for team performance stems from many years of sports, including football at Marshall University, where he earned his degree in Business and Finance.

He resides in Alexandria, VA, with his wife, daughter + son-in-law, and two granddaughters.

Ariel joined Rosetta in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him extensive experience leading digital agency operations for numerous Publicis Groupe agencies. Prior to joining the customer engagement agency, Ariel’s career has included Chief Financial Officer roles for ZenithOptimedia France, Starcom France, Vivaki France, Razorfish France, Digitas France and as Head of Group Consolidation for Publicis Groupe.

Most recently he oversaw all financial operations for ZenithOptimedia France, Starcom France and Vivaki France, including team organization, improvement of agency profitability and cash generation, review of regional and global client contracts and delivering cost synergies between media entities in France. He also played a key role in the integration of both Digitas France and Razorfish France into Publicis Groupe after each was acquired.

Ariel’s proven record of leading financial and operational teams at global agencies, combined with his deep knowledge of the Publicis Groupe network, make him uniquely qualified to help lead the agency in an aggressive global expansion strategy.

Joe Lozito

Joe oversees Rosetta’s Technology Practice, which includes more than 400 architects, engineers and developers, along with a strong group of quality assurance professionals and business analysts. He joined Rosetta from sister agency Digitas where he was SVP of Technology across North America. Joe's team of technical architects, designers and developers was responsible for the execution of the brand experience across any device: PC, phone, tablet and beyond. Joe has overseen the development of extensive software implementations for clients such as American Express, Sprint, Delta and Panasonic. Three years ago, Joe started Digitas Labs, a team of designers and developers with an eye to the evolving technology landscape and the skills to prototype any level of emerging user experience. Joe is proud to have launched physical Innovation Rooms in the Digitas New York and Boston offices to demonstrate the latest prototyping work from Labs.

Prior to Digitas, Joe worked for two years at R/GA and six years at J Walter Thompson as its first North American Director of Interactive Technologies. Joe started his career with seven years at New York-based software company Information Builders.

Joe received his BA in Computer Science from Vassar College. With more than 15 years of programming experience, Joe has watched the web grow from its early incarnations to a viable business medium. He is fluent in most web languages, as well as a little Spanish and Italian.

Eric believes one thing about business: its purpose is to make and keep a customer. At Rosetta, he leads multi-disciplinary teams in creating customer engagement, branded and transaction-led experiences, as well as data-driven marketing programs for some of the world’s most respected brands.

Before Rosetta, Eric served as VP, Business Lead for SapientNitro, where he co-led the agency’s Boston office; EVP, Corporate Development at Aegis Media North America; SVP, Director of Interactive at IPG-owned Mullen; and Vice President, Strategy Group at Digitas, where he ran the agency’s Retail practice. Earlier in his career, Eric also held client-side roles at both Reebok and The Rockport Company, serving in both Director of Interactive and Director of eCommerce functions.

When he’s not meeting clients somewhere, Eric makes his home in Groton, Massachusetts, with his wife and two children, and tries to keep up with them on New England’s ski slopes, beaches and playing fields.

Shannon Hartley

Shannon was an early Rosetta client and is now a Managing Partner in the Healthcare vertical. She has more than 15 years of marketing strategy and market research experience that spans consumer package goods and pharmaceuticals.

She joined Rosetta from Bristol-Myers Squibb where she led global market research teams in the neuroscience, cardiovascular and consumer medicines businesses. She was instrumental in the launch of blockbuster antipsychotic drug Abilify. Shannon began her career at Procter & Gamble where she developed consumer insights to drive flagship brands Pampers and Tide. She also created the first approach to linking consumer shopping needs, attitudes and behaviors with P&G brand insights to drive profitable growth for both retailers and brands. She pioneered the role of the market research strategist working on dedicated P&G retailer customer teams with the Walmart team.

Shannon has a BS from Miami University.

As Managing Partner of the Technology and Telecommunications vertical, Grant brings more than a decade and a half of global technology marketing experience working with Fortune 500 brands such as Hewlett Packard, Cisco, T-Mobile and AT&T. He is an expert in technology marketing, global marketing operations, B2B demand generation, content marketing and lead-to-revenue management. Although he currently focuses on technology, he also has extensive vertical experience in the travel, automotive and entertainment industries.

Prior to Rosetta, Grant held executive leadership roles at the digital industry's pioneering agencies Modem Media, Digitas and Aegis Media. His past clients include Phillips, Radio Shack and Fox Theatrical and Home Entertainment.

Throughout her more than 20-year career, Tammy has been focused on client services, and has established herself as one of the industry’s leading account management experts. She joined Rosetta in 2008 and has led the development of one of the agency’s fastest growing and most diverse client service teams. As Managing Partner, she shares oversight of Technology and Telecommunications, the agency’s largest Industry Group. In this role, she manages cross-discipline teams to ensure that clients receive precise execution of effective engagement strategies.

Prior to joining Rosetta, Tammy held sales and operations positions with SurfControl and CareerMosaic, where she won numerous awards.

Jay Lichtenstein

Jay Lichtenstein

Managing Partner, Rosetta Consulting

Jay serves as the co-lead of Rosetta Consulting, where he helps clients gain deep insights into their customers’ needs, attitudes and behaviors, as well as intelligence on which customers are most valuable to the brand.

Before joining Rosetta, Jay was the CEO of a start-up company called HeartWatch, where he took an idea and built it into a remote cardiac care service. He also spent a number of years as a marketing strategy consultant at both Monitor Company and The Cambridge Group. His work included segmentations, brand positioning, and growth strategies for clients in pet food, industrial tools, greeting cards, online auctions, online car buying, children’s toys, medical devices, various pharma products, investment advisory services, employee benefits, mass merchandise retail, alcoholic beverages, and many others. Prior to business school, Jay managed a venture capital portfolio for Bank of America. He started his career with a four-year stint providing consulting on marketing, M&A, and operations to some of the country’s top investment management firms.

Jay is an alumnus of the University of Michigan and attended business school at the University of Chicago. He also has a CFA.

Lars oversees the work of all creative staffers and helps lead Rosetta’s global expansion. Throughout his 20-year career, he has held Chief Creative Officer roles at agencies such as Cheil USA, Ogilvy & Mather and AKQA, and he has led client engagements for brands including IKEA, Nike, Motorola, LEGO and Coca-Cola. Prior to joining Rosetta, he was Chief Creative Officer of Cheil USA, where he helped establish Cheil USA as a center of creative excellence for the network. He also helped fuel Ogilvy North America’s digital transformation as Chief Digital Creative Officer and led Ogilvy New York’s creative group as Chief Creative Officer. Previously, he opened AKQA's first NYC office and grew it to 100 + staffers. Lars is a member of The International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences. He has a Master of Arts in American Studies & Film from Syddansk Universitet in Denmark.

With 13+ years at Rosetta/LEVEL, Alex has managed a variety of teams/disciplines as the VP of Professional Services, Technology Manager, Chief Creative Officer and the co-founder of the LEVEL legacy brand with Tom Adamski. Since the acquisition of LEVEL, he has become an integral part of the Creative organization with a unique perspective and ability to enable coast-to-coast operational growth, driving a culture of innovation and fostering management transparency through networking and adaptability.

Using his industry insights and close connections with client/partner networks, Alex has evolved the Rosetta brand aesthetics, voice and execution across the agency. He is the champion of the Rosetta brand, working to elevate the organization among the top 10 agencies worldwide. Alex's connection with the technology team has forged a close connection between the organization's two largest business units. Alex is a true believer in humanizing the connection between technology and human behavior. He has accomplished this by encouraging team members to work beyond disciplinary borders in order to deliver unique and creative solutions in a process that he calls "the human centric UX nirvana."

Alex's most significant contribution has been his management philosophy of "Beautiful Chaos." The notion that our industry is in constant change and that agencies have to be flexible, adaptive, and forward-thinking to survive. He teaches his teams to be curious, to laugh, and to treat people as people and not "targets." He is currently focused on standardizing methodologies and processes across the Creative team, and although he acknowledges that methodologies are the backbone of every agency, he believes that our staff's intuition is the force that will drive our agency forward.

Nick joined Rosetta in July 2014 as Managing Partner and co-lead for Rosetta Consulting, with a focus on growth and expansion. He specializes in demand-based growth strategy – uncovering and structuring human insights, and translating that intelligence into powerful and actionable strategies in innovation, branding, marketing and organizational transformation. His work focuses on creating the catalyst for transformative change within companies, resulting in sustainable and measurable business growth. For nearly 30 years, Nick has served as a strategist, advisor and business leader for Fortune 500 companies across a number of industries and countries. He has worked with companies such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, Campbell’s Soup, Procter & Gamble, American Express, Wells Fargo, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Del Monte, Wrigley, Quaker, Frito Lay, Con Agra, Absolut, Adidas, DirecTV, Volkswagen, Georgia Pacific, Ruth’s Chris, Perdue, Home Depot, Sears, Kenmore, Whirlpool and multiple start-up brands.

Nick joined Rosetta from Vivaldi Partners, a global growth strategy and innovation consulting firm, where he was a Senior Partner and Managing Director for 11 years. Prior to that, he was a Global Director of Strategic Marketing at The Coca-Cola Company, responsible for strategic growth opportunity identification, new product development and global brand portfolio management. Before Coke, Nick worked in Brand Management and Strategic Planning for Johnson & Johnson, where he was responsible for the Tylenol franchise and several other OTC healthcare sectors. He also worked in Account Management at Saatchi & Saatchi.

Nick is an advisor to several early stage private companies and has authored several published articles and white papers in publications such as: The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Business Week, Brand Week and Ad Age. He holds a BA in English from Middlebury College. Away from work, he enjoys playing and watching his son play hockey, skiing, tennis and reading about human psychology.

Paul Elliott is an agency thought leader in multichannel retailing and interactive marketing strategy. He has more than 15 years of experience helping some of the industry’s marquee brands achieve significant results and return on investment from their interactive marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining Rosetta, Paul founded eMergent Marketing in 2004, which quickly became one of the fastest growing search engine marketing firms in the Midwest. In 2006, eMergent Marketing was formally acquired by Brulant, where the search and media team continued to experience exponential growth under Paul’s leadership. In 2008, Brulant was acquired by Rosetta.

Before launching eMergent Marketing, Paul served as the Director of Internet Marketing for the multichannel retailer, Things Remembered, where he architected and managed all digital marketing activities. Prior to that, Paul was the VP of Sales for IdeaStar, a Cleveland, Ohio-based Web design firm, and he started his career as a business process consultant with IBM Global Services.

Throughout his career, Paul has sold, managed or supported many of the agency’s most significant retail relationships including OfficeMax, Trane, Schlage, Helzberg Diamonds, Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft Stores, Macy’s, Justice, Express, Valvoline, Sephora, Perry Ellis, Ferrari, Jos. A. Bank, Pirelli and Hallmark.

Mark has more than 20 years of eCommerce, process design, information technology, interactive marketing and consulting experience across a variety of industries. He has led strategic and complex technology-enabled efforts in both consulting and outsourcing environments, and currently focuses on eCommerce solutions including the IBM Smarter Commerce/Websphere Commerce suite.

Mark has directed organization redesign and process redesign efforts across business functions, delivering results in manufacturing, supply chain, eBusiness, and operations improvements. He has developed expertise in program management, business process design, application design, and implementation, while assisting clients in a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Rosetta, Mark served as a partner at Brulant and an associate partner at Accenture. He has a BA in Economics from Miami University.

Jeff Thaler

Jeff is an interactive marketing, program management and operations expert, as well as an industry activist. He leads a team of more than 100 program and project management professionals operating across Rosetta, ensuring that clients receive on-time, on-budget and on-spec deployment of high-quality deliverables. Prior to joining the agency, he was a Managing Partner at WPP’s Mindshare and led Kimberly-Clark’s Global Digital Center of Excellence’s Delivery Management and Marketing Technology practice.

Jeff has worked across a wide range of business verticals. Since the infancy of digital marketing in 1995, he has held leadership positions at agency, client and publisher organizations including: CondéNet, IPG’s MRM Worldwide, Omnicom’s Tribal DDB and Aegis Media’s Carat. His background includes work as a television producer and editor and as a teacher and an adjunct professor in roles across the educational spectrum from elementary school to undergraduate programs. Jeff holds a master’s degree in Curriculum & Teaching from Columbia University’s Teacher College.

A proud third-generation Brooklynite, Jeff lives there with his lovely wife, three children and an emotionally challenged toy poodle.

Scott has more than 20 years of experience as a leader in commerce and consulting and has been with Rosetta for more than 10 years. During his career, he has worked with clients such as Newell Rubbermaid, Luxottica Group, Coach, Scholastic and Eaton Corporation on delivering unique business strategy and eCommerce platform solutions. Scott’s core responsibility as a Managing Partner at Rosetta is supporting the agency’s global IBM Smarter Commerce team and providing the leadership that drives innovation around the commerce solution and facilitates growth of the partnership.

Scott’s ability to orchestrate transformative commerce solutions that enable brands to optimize their digital channels and create a consistent cross-channel experience is the result of his deep proficiencies in e-business strategy, eCommerce and technology assessments, as well as large-scale implementations.

Prior to joining Rosetta, Scott spent his early years consulting at Deloitte then Whittman-Heart. Destined to blend technology and business strategy, he earned his MBA from Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburg and a Bachelor's in Computer Science at Allegheny University. Scott serves on multiple charity and civic boards, is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his children.

Mike Chenelle

Mike Chenelle has more than 17 years of experience leading financial operations and client account teams for high-performing agencies in the digital technology space. In his current role as Partner of Agency Operations, Mike optimizes key performance metrics for both internal and client-facing teams. He manages global resourcing across all of Rosetta’s client services teams, while leading operational reporting that enables the executive leadership team to drive agency growth.

Prior to joining Rosetta in 2008, Mike spent 11 years at Accenture where he worked in the Products, Technology and Resources client groups. The majority of his engagements focused on solution delivery, including the development, design, implementation and ongoing support of business applications and associated infrastructure.

He received a BS in Management with a concentration in Management Information Decision Systems from Case Western Reserve University and resides in Cleveland, Ohio.

Andy DeNecochea

Andy is a finance and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience in various industries including software, technology and digital advertising. He serves as part of the leadership team for the agency’s Finance and Operations unit. Andy’s expertise is in finance and accounting, operations, growing revenue, increasing profitability and managing cash flow.

Prior to joining Rosetta, Andy held the post of CFO for Wavefront Technologies, where he successfully worked with the executive team to purchase a European 3D graphics company of equal size, and later helped take Wavefront through a successful IPO, after which the company performed extremely well. Andy also helped grow and manage financial operations for Transoft in preparation for an IPO, before the company was acquired by Hewlett-Packard. He remained on board at HP as Managing Director for two years before moving on to help take Motion Engineering through an acquisition, which resulted in growth and value for its shareholders and a large ROI.

Maria DePanfilis

Maria provides thought leadership, expertise and oversight to Rosetta’s team of analytics and optimization professionals. She leverages both new and proven technologies to drive innovation in analytics and produce award-winning solutions. Maria is focused on building successful relationships with clients through excellent work.

Prior to joining Rosetta, Maria served in senior analytics roles with companies including Euro RSCG Life 4D, Cementbond, MRM Worldwide and Wunderman. She has expertise in several industries, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, luxury retail, consumer packaged goods and technology.

Maria is a certified life coach and holds a BA in Psychology from Loyola College and an MS in Applied Statistics from Columbia University.

Sebastian Dreyfus

Sebastian Dreyfus

Sebastian has played an instrumental role in opening the agency’s flagship office abroad, Rosetta Europe, since 2013. With a career spanning nearly two decades, his experience is deeply rooted in an entrepreneurial instinct that seeks to combine the power of data and creative. He is a well-known speaker and thought leader in the industry.

Prior to joining Rosetta, Sebastian served in executive leadership roles at multiple agencies within the Publics Groupe network, including: Managing Director, EMEA at Saatchi & Saatchi S; CEO of Publicis Modem; and CRM Brand Director at Publicis Dialog. In the early years of his career, he also spent time as an account director at Wunderman and a Group A/C Director at Banner. Notable accomplishments include re-establishing Saatchi & Saatchi S across EMEA, creating a distinct culture and position within the Publicis Network, and securing incremental revenue from The British Council (COI), Currys, LG and easyJet.

In addition to a strong track record of driving growth at well-known digital agencies, Sebastian is a recognized entrepreneur. He was the founder and managing partner of the London-based organizations, Dreyfus Consulting and freemavens.

Sebastian has a BA in English and Drama from the University of Toronto – University College.

Gary Schoch

Gary leverages more than 20 years of experience in more than 40 countries to help clients to deploy the most forward-thinking and innovative digital solutions, including analytics, insights, eCommerce and cross-channel across all industries and geographies. He has overseen the development and expansion of business in North America, China, Asia/Pacific, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East for large multinational firms on behalf of Rosetta. His focus has been on enabling clients around the world to exceed the needs of their customers by implementing applications and services that deliver high double-digit year-over-year growth.

Prior to joining Rosetta, Gary led IBM’s transformation to Smarter Commerce worldwide in a variety of roles with particular focus on China and European markets. He was a principle architect of the acquisition of Sterling Commerce, Coremetrics and Unica to complete the WebSphere Commerce portfolio. He also served as President and CEO of Business Systems Architecture Inc.

Jason Tabeling

Named a “Top 40 Under 40 Digital Marketer” by DMNews in 2012, Jason has created and implemented digital marketing strategies for clients in financial services, retail, healthcare and hospitality. He has also developed detailed analysis, data models and strategic frameworks to engage digital media in all online marketing tactics for both branded and direct-response programs. He has successfully created and managed multiple product launches and promotions for various industries.

In addition to his agency work, Jason is regularly published in the industry. His work can be found on Search Engine Watch, iMedia connection and others.

Outside of work Jason is the father of two daughters, and competes in marathons and triathlons. He holds a BS in Communications from Ohio University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Dan O’Neil

Dan joined Rosetta’s Financial Services group in 2008. He brings more than 25 years of international consumer insight marketing experience to Rosetta. Throughout his career, Dan has consulted domestically and internationally with Financial Services and Retail clients to help them maximize profits from multi-channel marketing. His clients have included industry leaders such as Chase, Citi, Discover, Fidelity, Nationwide Insurance, Macy’s and The Home Depot.

Prior to joining Rosetta, Dan spent several years working with international partners developing consumer credit and marketing solutions to help improve national economies and expand the middle class in Latin America, South Africa and the Middle East.

Dan holds a BS/BA in Management from John Carroll University and an MBA in Finance from Cleveland State University.

Drew is one of the industry’s leading consumer products experts and has a deep history of providing strategic counsel to C-level executives and delivering material business impact for his clients. His significant product development expertise, deep technical knowledge and offshore experience play a key role in CP&R’s overall growth strategy.

Drew joins Rosetta from our sister network agency Razorfish, where he most recently served as CEO of Digital Marketing Platforms and Services. During his decade long tenure at Razorfish, he also served as vice president and client partner over the agency’s Consumer Package Goods portfolio, which included Nestle, Purina and Kraft. With Drew’s oversight, the Kraft account became the third-largest account for Razorfish globally within a five-year period. Prior to joining Razorfish, Drew held senior roles at digital agencies Scient and iXL and spent five years at KPMG Consulting.

When he’s not diligently working with clients, developing partnerships or pitching new business, you can find Drew running, golfing or chasing his three little ones around the soccer field.
