As an agency, Rosetta is continuing on its path to become the world’s most valued interactive marketing agency. How do we embody this as a culture? First, we successfully rolled this out through a recent agency re-branding where we are positioned as “pilots, inventors and builders for a connected world”. This message has been transformational for our team members and for the marketplace as it has helped to ensure that we are on our way to becoming the first choice for name brand corporations around the world. As a part of this, we ask our team members to be “pilots, inventors AND builders” every day in everything that they do. Our team members add the value to our organization and to our clients’ organizations, and they need to live and breathe our identity.
