As Chief Executive Officer of Rosetta, Tammy Soares is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for the agency, as well as providing direct oversight of its North American business.

Since joining Rosetta in 2008, Tammy has played a pivotal role in accelerating the agency’s growth and positioning it as a global leader in customer engagement. Her unique ability to build collaborative, cross-discipline teams focused on client solutions translates into an organization that is not only creating category-leading work, but innovating at the very core. Most recently, she served as executive vice president of Rosetta’s West region.

Tammy’s more than 20-year career in digital marketing has been fueled by her fascination of digital’s innate ability to make the impossible—possible. She is committed to emboldening a diverse global team and mentoring the future leaders who inspire her daily.

As Rosetta’s EVP of Operations, Joe is a key member of the agency's Executive Committee and is responsible for maximizing the performance, productivity and efficiency of the agency. Joe’s team oversees every aspect of the agency’s performance, from forecasting to resourcing through delivery, and is responsible for the development and governance of its processes. Previously, Joe served as Rosetta’s Chief Technology Officer where he provided strategic oversight of more than 400 architects, engineers and developers, along with a strong group of quality assurance professionals and business analysts.

He joined Rosetta from sister agency Digitas, where he was SVP of Technology across North America. Joe's team of technical architects, designers and developers was responsible for the execution of the brand experience across any device: PC, phone, tablet and beyond. Joe has overseen the development of extensive software implementations for clients such as American Express, Sprint, Delta and Panasonic. Five years ago, Joe started Digitas Labs, a team of designers and developers with an eye to the evolving technology landscape and the skills to prototype any level of emerging user experience. Joe is proud to have launched physical Innovation Rooms in the Digitas New York and Boston offices to demonstrate the latest prototyping work from Labs.

Prior to Digitas, Joe worked for two years at R/GA and six years at J Walter Thompson as its first North American Director of Interactive Technologies. Joe started his career with seven years at New York-based software company Information Builders.

Joe received his BA in Computer Science from Vassar College. With more than 15 years of programming experience, Joe has watched the web grow from its early incarnations to a viable business medium. He is fluent in most web languages, as well as a little Spanish and Italian.

As Rosetta’s EVP of Creative, Peter sits on the agency’s Executive Committee and provides strategic oversight and mentorship to more than 130 of the industry’s brightest creative talent. Prior to being elevated to the executive role in 2015, Peter led creative for the agency’s Western region as Managing Partner, Executive Creative Director.

Peter has more than 19 years of integrated marketing, content, and digital development experience with clients as diverse as Cisco, Toyota, Participant Media, Cadillac (GM), SONY Entertainment, Sony Playstation, Barneys New York, Yahoo!, Universal Music Group, EMI, P. Diddy, Jennifer Lopez, AFLAC, Accenture, General Mills, Kraft, Schwab and Samsung. Kang has also served as Executive Creative Director for Ogilvy West leading overall creative, digital innovation, social and 360 integration and Digital Kitchen in Los Angeles also as their Executive Creative Director.

He is passionate about Street Fighter, photography, Korean food and building the future.

Tom Kotlarek oversees Rosetta’s Technology Practice, which includes more than 400 architects, engineers and developers, along with a strong group of quality assurance professionals and business analysts. For the last 11 years, Tom has been a key technology leader at Rosetta focused on building technology innovation that connects global brands with their most valuable customers.

Prior to Rosetta, his work included building large-scale data management systems for NASA’s satellite oceanographic program and developing the initial enterprise architecture for Dreamworks SKG, where he was the Chief Information Officer.

Tom’s Rosetta experience has been for clients in the technology, telecommunications, entertainment, and consumer products and retail industries. With his significant experience in data and content management, commerce, customer engagement platforms and infrastructure operations, Tom has led many of Rosetta’s largest technology implementations from concept to development, through execution and measurement.

Since joining Rosetta in 2010, David has proven his exceptional ability to envision, create, align and lead large-scale digital and customer engagement programs for our top clients. David’s expansive background in strategy has enhanced how he works with global management teams to develop profitable and innovative client solutions. For the past two years, David has led the Loyalty and Retention program as well as Strategy and Insights for Rosetta’s largest client, a world-renowned telecommunications company. Prior to joining Rosetta, David spent 19 years at Procter & Gamble, leading Digital and Global Business Services across P&G’s Beauty Businesses, while also managing common interactive strategies across many of P&G’s line businesses. David has expertise in Internet media, customer relationship management, holistic marketing program development, business model transformation and mobile marketing.

As vice president of talent and human resources, Lynn Fraas oversees all HR initiatives for Rosetta as a member of the agency’s Executive Committee, while also serving as a key member of the larger Razorfish Global People Services organization.

Prior to assuming the talent lead role at Rosetta, Lynn served as chief talent officer at Crown Partners, the leading software and professional services firm acquired by Razorfish in 2014. In this role, she was responsible for developing strategies, operating models and programs that fueled the organization’s ability to attract and retain the industry’s top digital and technology talent. Key accomplishments include establishing a recruiting function that contributed to a 30-90% year-over-year growth; implementing a peer-to-peer recognition program with quarterly/annual awards that highlighted individual contributions to the business; and significantly decreasing voluntary turnover.

Lynn is a seasoned executive with highly developed managerial, consulting, operations and human resources expertise demonstrated over the course of her more than twenty-year career through measurable growth in productivity and revenue. She has held several senior client delivery, business development and operations roles at companies like Empagio, Doculabs, Safety-Kleen Corporation, among others.

Lynn received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

As senior vice president of analytics and optimization, Falconer leads a team of more than thirty A&O specialists across North America and is responsible for further bringing to market a compelling offering, fueled by data and customer insights, that supports the agency’s ability to drive deeper, more profitable levels of customer engagement on behalf of its portfolio of blue-chip clients. In addition to his leadership role at Rosetta, Falconer serves as a key member of Razorfish Global’s industry leading data sciences team, which is part of the Publicis.Sapient platform.

Falconer’s experience is deeply rooted in strategy, analytics and consulting, and he has built several high performing teams in the U.S., U.K., and Australia. He comes to Rosetta most recently from OgilvyOne, where he served as executive director of marketing analytics and was the head of analytics for OgilvyOne New York. In this role, he was responsible for delivering strategic data driven solutions for clients across multiple industries.

Prior to his time at OgilvyOne, Falconer has held several senior marketing strategy and analytic roles at National Australia Bank, Myer Department Store, and data driven marketing consultancy Torque Solutions, among others. He has worked with a robust client list including Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), British Airways, eBay, Qantas, Weight Watchers, IKEA and Luxottica Retail, and is credited with helping these brands become customer centric through the use of data analysis, data driven strategy and loyalty programs.

With more than 20 years of experience in data driven marketing, Falconer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sheffield Hallam University, along with a DipDM from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing.

As executive vice president of client engagement, Henry leads a high performing, cross-disciplinary team that services the agency’s largest client portfolio, with the goal of driving growth and profitability of behalf of the well known telecommunications brand.

Henry joined Rosetta mostly recently from BBDO Proximity Worldwide, where he spent three years as a senior vice president and global group account director. During his time with Proximity, he served as the global digital lead for GILLETTE; managed the Omnicom global network for HP Personal Systems and Enterprise Groups; led Proximity’s HeathWorks team; and managed the agency’s relationships with Johnson & Johnson, Visa B2B, ITG and Emirates Airlines North America.

Prior to his time at Proximity, Henry worked at DigitasLbi where he led digital branding. He spearheaded several acquisition and loyalty initiatives on behalf of American Express OPEN for Small Business, including the launch of the brand’s ZYNC credit card and the development of “Small Business Saturday.” He has also held senior-level account positions at Momentum and Ogilvy, where he worked with brands like INTEL, Verizon, Pfizer, Novartis and IBM and honed his skills in retail marketing and experiential branding.

Drew is one of the industry’s leading consumer products experts and has a deep history of providing strategic counsel to C-level executives and delivering material business impact for his clients. His significant product development expertise, deep technical knowledge and offshore experience play a key role in CP&R’s overall growth strategy.

Drew joins Rosetta from our sister network agency Razorfish, where he most recently served as CEO of Digital Marketing Platforms and Services. During his decade long tenure at Razorfish, he also served as vice president and client partner over the agency’s Consumer Package Goods portfolio, which included Nestle, Purina and Kraft. With Drew’s oversight, the Kraft account became the third-largest account for Razorfish globally within a five-year period. Prior to joining Razorfish, Drew held senior roles at digital agencies Scient and iXL and spent five years at KPMG Consulting.

When he’s not diligently working with clients, developing partnerships or pitching new business, you can find Drew running, golfing or chasing his three little ones around the soccer field.

As head of the global strategic planning discipline for Rosetta, Tod provides oversight of the agency’s national team of strategic polymaths with expertise in human behavior, business forces, customer-brand relationships, marketing technology, cultural context and creative ingenuity.

Tod’s professional experience includes large, iconic brand agencies (GSP, TBWA/Chiat/Day, BBDO) and groundbreaking digital shops (Direct Partners, McElroy, Whittman Hart). He has developed award-winning work including Effies, Clios and Lions, for iconic brands like Samsung, Energizer, Nestlé and Lucasfilms.

Tod holds a BA from UCLA in English Literature and an MA from Norwich University in Military History. He is constantly being schooled by his two college-aged kids and runs a digital WWII museum in his spare time.

As an executive vice president at Rosetta, Scott Young is responsible for leading strategic growth of the agency’s global partnership with IBM. Scott has more than 25 years experience driving innovative commerce solutions for several leading consumer, product and retail companies, including: Newell Rubbermaid, Luxottica Group, Coach, National Instruments, MTD Products and Sherwin Williams. Prior to joining Rosetta, Scott held senior roles at Whittman-Hart and Deloitte Consulting.
